BELIEVE IN M.A.D (Making A Difference) is a new coaching organisation launched by award-winning Birmingham cricketer Salma Bi. It will be run by Salma and other paid coaches to raise awareness of girls/women’s cricket and disability cricket. Under the Believe in MAD banner, Salma staged a highly successful indoor T10 Women's World Cup Cricket event in April 2012. In the future Salma and her uncle Khalid Sadiq hope to open an indoor cricket centre in the West Midlands.

ZOMBIES START WITH DOUBLE VICTORY
FIVEWAYS Zombies won their opening two matches yesterday in the Warwickshire Indoor Cricket League.
Games are played six-a-side and teams start with 200 runs, losing five points each time a batsman is out.
Two pairs face four overs and nets hit = 1 run plus any ran.
In the first game Zombies played Walmley who batted first and scored 260. Zombies were victorious after scoring 272.
In the second match Zombies scored a mighty 375 against Exhall and Wixford who could only manage 250 in reply.
Zombies Player of the Day was Nicky Preston.
